What size of business do you work with?
Mostly small and growing teams of 2 to 50 people who have outgrown spreadsheets and copy-paste, but are not ready for an in-house tech team.
Do we have to replace the tools we already use?
Usually not. Most of our work connects the tools you already pay for. We suggest a new tool only when it clearly costs less than working around the old one.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. Repositories, domains, cloud accounts and design files are set up in your name, and we work inside them with access you can remove at any time.
How is pricing set?
After the discovery call we send a written scope with a fixed price. If something new comes up, we quote it separately before doing it.
Can you work with our existing developer or agency?
Yes. We can take one part of the system, such as integrations or the brand, and document it so your team can maintain it.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope, which is why the first step is a short call and a written plan. Small automations can ship within a couple of weeks. Larger systems are split into stages that each deliver something usable.
Where are you based and which time zones do you cover?
Hexagonal Minds LLC is a Wyoming company and works remotely with clients worldwide. We agree meeting times that suit your time zone at the start.
What happens after launch?
You receive documentation and training and keep full control. If you want ongoing help, a monthly retainer covers fixes, improvements and new connections. It is optional and can be cancelled any time.
