We collect only what you choose to send us, for example your name, work email, company and message when you contact us.
The website itself stores one preference in your browser (your chosen colour theme). It does not use advertising cookies.
3. How we use it
To reply to your message, to plan and deliver work you ask us for, and to keep records of our correspondence. We do not sell your information.
4. Who we share it with
Only with service providers we use to run the website and our email, and only as needed to provide those services. We will update this section with the providers in use when the contact form goes live.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations, then we delete or anonymise it.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@hexagonalminds.com.
